This insurance company is absolutely the worst. My adjuster Kristen Diaz has poor customer service. Kristen does not return any of my calls back and is not willing to provide a breakdown of my estimate. Kristen speaks to me as if I no education , what kind of company employes people like that. I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone. Never in my years have I been treated so poorly. I am disgusted of the quality this company provides for its policyholder. I am surprise this employee Kristen Diaz is still working there.
