Could not give a lower rating for this company which is a subcontractor to Fed-X. Needs to educate the driver's not to place packages directly in front of customers doors. Had a delivery today of six gallons of washer fluid which weighs close to 50 pounds and the driver place it about 5 inches from the front storm door. The door opens outward and the packages were sitting on a non skid door mat needless to say it was very difficult to open the door. There is room to place packages to either side of the door or on the chair right next to the door. Common sense would dictate to place packages to the side of the door especially ones that have a little weight to them. Evidently there is NO COMMEN SENSE within this company!!! I do have pictures of the delivery and of the entire delivery from curb to the dropping of my packages!!
