Remember the old days when a business took pride in the quality of their workmanship and the customer was number one? Then, this is the company for you. The fastidiousness and attention to detail of this company is amazing. I had carpeting I thought would need replacing but felt I'd give cleaning it one more chance. I called Performance to do the job. The owner is knowledgeable about his product and enthusiastic about its cleaning ability. Plus its organic and not the wet, sloppy, steam cleaning that leaves our carpets soaked for days. The owner is polite, service oriented, and punctual. He does not leave until HE'S satisfied with the results. He also saved me the cost of new carpeting and his prices are fair. If you want the job done once and done right, I'd highly recommend this company.
