Michelle was our court appointed attorney at litem for my children. I wish I had anything good to say about Michelle her negligence, biases, lack or training and acknowledgment surrounding domestic violence issues, is astounding.
Michelle does not find documented domestic violence a reason to not have joint custody.
Michelle is anti-medical marijuana, she is pro-vaccination(her "recommendation led to my 10,7, and 5 year old being mass vaxed, they attended public school and had proper exemptions), and very conservative, attractive women beware.
My ex husband had an OPEN domestic battery case, he had an active restraining order, he worked 4pm-4am 5-6 days a weeks, Michelle was shown all the videos of domestic violence, she had all text messages, she had a chance to speak to our marriage counselors, who knew he was abusing.me.for years. It is on VIDEO AND AUDIO, which you can see for yourself.
I was the sole care provider,and she recommended 50/50 custody, leaving my kids with his mother over night up to 5 days per week. My youngest was only 1.5 and was not use to being away from me.
She also saw proof he stalked me, harassed me and threatened me, he was also violent in front of the kids which can be confirmed on the videos,you can see or hear the children in the room.

I could go on all day about my experiences with her over the last 5 years, she makes a decision almost immediately and does not do proper research. She did not do do diligence and did not contact the dozens of people that could have made a difference in her making a ruling that was actually in my children's best interest.
How are you another human being can watch the amounts of abuse that I entered at the hands of my husband and still recommend joint parenting is absolutely beyond me.
It was a classic case of abuse I was 17 and he was 30 he moved me from Washington State to Arkansas, I spent the next 7 years barefoot and pregnant. I was a breast milk donor, i went to church, I went to two marriage counselors and even anger management to try and help get past the abuse issues in our relationship. To be clear I was never violent with him but I agreed to go with him saying I could learn something. We were told he had all seven flags of a narcissistic abuser and Michelle never contacted him.
Michelle does not deserve to be a attorney at litem and her absolute and purposeful disregard of physical violence even in front of the children is shocking to say the least. Her decisions have forever shaped four lives negatively. My children will never have the childhood they deserved due to her negligent choices.
She also seems to be completely oblivious to legal abuse. My ex comes up with a emergency order every 6 months and he just throws a bunch of random b******* at the wall and sees what sticks, Michelle never does her due diligence or uses any investigation skills she takes everything at face value.
