I have been with the company for 4 years, and I have seen how they degraded from a decent firm to an irresponsible firm. I have been experiencing a mice problem for two years, and over the two years I have made multiple requests for them to solve it. However, the situation gets worse and worse, and today I found lots of mice shits in the basement, which makes me believe that there is a mice nest in my basement. Can you believe it? They call themselves are exterminators, but under their surveillance, the mice built a nest! Every time they came, they just asked me to put some traps and get a contractor to check the house! What are they hired for?? Since last year, they hired a new administrator, who has bad attitude and never makes a timely appointment for me! I also have a termite contract with them. They used to check the termite stations quarterly, but they stopped doing it last year. If you did not call them, they never appeared to check. Yes, they call themselves the best company in Long Island, which they just buy from local shitty newspaper. Now I am determined to get a new company. If you want to find a good one, just stay away from them! THEY WILL NEVER SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM!
