Several years ago when my daughter was graduating from high school we purchased her prom dress from Merrily Couture. We had a great experience no isdues. Last year before Covid 19 hit us, we went back to Merrily Couture to look for a dress for my youngest daughter, she is having her quinceanero this coming summer. The dress was order and paid in full. We have been trying to get intouch with the store owner but no response, we have lefts several message on the store phone and even email her several times but again we got no response. We have been to the store on several occasions that according to her website the store is supposed to be open but again is not it is close. All we want is to pick up my daughters dress. Anyone knows what is going on with the owner and or the store. Anyone know how I can get intouch with the store owner HELP PLEASE
