I know Jeffrey R. Niles from when he worked at Able as the District Manager. Both of our employers were contracted with Executive Complex in downtown San Diego. As the security officer working in this high rise building, I instructed his janitorial staff to stop using a side door entrance of a 7-11 to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the building after hours, and had them use the front lobby doors instead for added safety. The property management did not have any issue with my decision. This did not sit well with Niles and his staff. Niles contacted my employer's branch manager and attempted to damage me by making false charges against me. Niles had told my branch manager that I was unprofessional in my work and towards him. This was false. With the exception of saying hello, Niles and I had no reason to speak to each other in the three or four occasions in the entire year that I worked at Executive Complex. After this incident, I knew Jeffrey R. Niles was an ahole.
