do not use Nar's tax services! When you first speak with her, she's pleasant, she actually speaks to you on the phone, like a professional, you feel comfortable with her, but the minute she receives her fee from you and sends you to the post office to mail off your documents, she'll never return your calls. She'll only contact you through text or email. And that's if she ever contacts you again. In July, after getting no answers as to why my taxes hadn't been processed and she basically ignored me or brushed me off, she finally offered to re-file my taxes, after I had filed initially in February and never got my refund. Thankfully I had a true professional look over the re-file for me, before I signed off and I found out, without my permission, she changed numbers on some tax forms and my refund amount changed. When I reached out via email, phone and text as to what's going on, which was around July 16th, she has yet to contact me. It's so frustrating and I want no one to ever go through this like I have. And what's crazy is, she was recommended to me by such sweet co-workers, so I honestly trusted her with such an important process. She ended up playing with my taxes, my money and that's not cool.

No. I do not recommend this business. After I was told all important information needed was received for taxes, I discovered a very important document was never received AFTER taxes were done! They never answered nor returned phone calls. Only communicate through text messaging. Never apologized for mishandling my information. Charged more for taxes and never communicated as to why. Very unprofessional and poor business ethics. Then husband of CPA sends texts as well to argue and contradict what was texted to me originally- states "changed mind." Very unprofessional and poor at communication.
