tech is great , but company policy is going after your money. they are going to find any way to charge your money. got charge for not sending the right tech first time. switched to we charge by the hour instead of the job and charge a bigger bill then expected. they will not return wrongful charge and dont care about customer. no wonder how they make so much sale when they charge customer top dollar
