This is a pretty bad company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The equipment is about 5 to 7 years old smh. Dispatch does not listen, and management is unprofessional. I was lied to the entire time. The pay was not as advertised. And dispatch did not listen to MY suggestions on how to run MY truck. The first 2 weeks was supposed to be understanding how I like to run. After a month and a half he was still doing what he wanted and I was losing money. I don't get to see any rate con and he says, "I dont take any money, I give you what I'm supposed to". I didn't even know they could skim off the top. Idk if he was skimming off the top, I just thought that was a weird thing to say. And its weird I don't see the ratecons like they get to see. I wasn't even sent a rate for any load I pulled. When I complained I was told everyone is having issues with loads. I understand that but, why lie on your advertisement? The market didn't get messed up once I signed on. So when I asked, how are you guys avoiding difficulties at a time when the rates are so low and during the beginning of the year when freight slows. Someone should have told the truth. "Landstar drivers are coming over and are happy" smh. Landstar was MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better then this company. You couldn't deliver, and you knew you couldn't deliver, why not be clear instead of wasting a drivers time and money. And getting bad reviews like I'm doing right now?🤷‍♀️. Needless to say, I terminated my contract. Landstar drivers, stay where you are. People out here lying fr.
