These men are thugs. The reason you do not see bad reviews is because they refuse to file an insurance claim (once they've broken something) until you sign a contract agreeing to not post anything negative. But then after you sign it, there is no guarantee that they will actually file for an insurance claim (if they even have insurance). Some of my most precious valuables were destroyed in the move (they didn't even use blankets or shrink wrap) and when I asked about their insurance, the owner just screamed at me. It was the worst experience I ever had.
