By far the worst customer service and support I have ever seen. They never return phone calls and never have answers. Lagging and slow. Blurry picture taking. Stupidly slow. Not worth the money. Old antique software performance. They never answer their phones. And good luck getting the app to find your location quickly. This app is perfect for the simple and slow minded individual who doesn't mind waiting forever for the app to work let alone open correctly. Good luck to anyone who chooses this company. This app acts like it the Walmart level of quality.
