Richard that drives truck 9 almost ran me off the road today. Not only that he felt the need to throw a milk shake at me while on the freeway. I have video footage and everything. All because I honked after he dang near killed me. He was going about 80-85 to catch me just to throw it. Changed lanes at least 10-15 times. And I know this is highly unacceptable. I have reported him to udot and will pay him a friendly visit to his office.
