This company is the worst I was in an accident while in their vehicle the owner of the company refused any insurance information refuse to talk to me or my attorney and MTM transportation has not tried to help me at all. The owner Sam informed me he has no insurance to transport us. So please anybody everybody refuse this company then not insured to carry us anywhere

Horrible... Absolutely horrible. If I could leave a negative ⭐ star rating, I would! I don't like giving this company the one ⭐ star that I have. They were supposed to pick me up in time to get me to an 8:30am appointment which is 6-10 minutes driving time from my house. No one showed up at all…

Horrible... Absolutely horrible. If I could leave a negative ⭐ star rating, I would! I don't like giving this company the one ⭐ star that I have. They were supposed to pick me up in time to get me to an 8:30am appointment which is 6-10 minutes driving time from my house. No one showed up at all. There was no text or phone call indicating that no one would show up. Then they were supposed to take me to my next appointment at 10am. It's now 25 minutes after 10am and I haven't heard a word. Unacceptable!!!

I was at a local nursing facility to visit and I had my service dog with me. The driver (shirt said TBONE) looked in my window and started aggressively barking at my dog. Of course my German Shepherd is well trained and just looked at him, the man then swatted his hand outside the window but toward my dog and yelled "that what I thought". Why would any "professional" act like that? My dog may be well trained but he is also very protective, what if my dog wouldn't have reacted the "way he thought". He then went into the building and came back out cursing and slamming doors, he was apparently in the wrong area. This may be a very good service however his attitude in those moments is enough to tell me that he should never be left alone with an elderly or sick person. Think twice before you use them.
