While this company worked hard to put 925 square feet of polished porcelain tile on my floor they did nothing right and left all my tiles scratched up in varying degrees. They tried to blame the tile company but there installers were the ones who scratched up my beautiful white porcelain tiles. They dragged the washer and dryer across the newly installed tiles in the laundry room causing deep severe scratches in the entire laundry room area. They severely scratched up my hallway leading to the guest bathroom with the whole hallway and guest bathroom having deep scratches that cannot be removed. Further they scratched up my entire kitchen, living room and family room by using the wrong grout. The company owner Diego took no responsibility in fixing his workers mistake and I am left with a totally scratched up floor in my entire home. Yes my tiles were white so the scratches are only visible when light is on but what if i had darker tiles. Do not trust the owner Diego or the worker Allison to do your tile job. You will regret it. Run far away from this company MD Tile Installation Inc. Horrible company that just wants money and doesn't want to do the job correct. Your better off finding another tile company to install your tiles. I regret everyday using this company as I will have to look at my scratched up polish porcelain tile everyday now on. I would say one thing to the owner would you accept this quality of work in your home? Diego you should be ashamed of yourself. Allison you know nothing about tiling and stop blaming others. I hope this company becomes non-existent because there worthless to me. I hope all of you who read this review heed my advice and go somewhere else for tiling. This company has no local license and should not be allowed to keep doing shoddy work at other homes. Also their listing here is incorrect which makes this company more deceiving. Run!!!
