I had an extremely unpleasant experience with SigmaVoIP. From the moment I signed up for their services, I encountered various issues that made it clear that they did not prioritize customer satisfaction.
Firstly, their customer service was terrible. I tried calling their support line multiple times, but either no one picked up, or I was put on hold for extended periods without any updates. When I finally got through to a representative, they were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns.
Secondly, their service was unreliable. I experienced frequent dropped calls, poor call quality, and even complete service outages. Despite reporting these issues to SigmaVoIP, they were unable to offer any effective solutions or even acknowledge the severity of the problem.
Lastly, their billing was extremely confusing and inconsistent. I was charged different amounts each month without any explanation, and even after contacting their billing department, I was unable to get a clear understanding of my charges.
Overall, my experience with SigmaVoIP was a frustrating and disappointing one. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused VoIP services.
