Hired Andrew L. Smith to haul a load for me out of Ohio he asked for a 50% down deposit which I gave him and have a signed receipt for. He lied to me every day over a two week period that he would be there the next day or two to pick it up. Finally two weeks later he arrived at the dealer with a car for himself already on his trailer leaving only 12 feet of space to haul my 27 foot long 1800 lb load. There was absolutely no way for him to carry my load with his car on there. He told me it was turning into a big hassle and he would give me my deposit back and I would need to hire someone else. Have tried for a month and a half to get my deposit back which he has told me at least a dozen times he would give it back but it is obvious now he stole it and I had to turn him in to the Sheriff's Dept for theft. He is the worst Human Being I've ever tried to do business with, every word out of his mouth is a lie.
