Quality Estate Planning and Trust Administration for you and your family. For over 40 years, I have had my law practice to focus on helping individuals and families in my area with estate planning and trust administration.
Conducting business from my home office in Santa Barbara, California, I make a conscious effort to meet with clients in the area that works best for them. If that involves those clients coming to my home office, or for me to go to theirs, or even to meet at a place of your choosing, we can make it work. For those who find it difficult to leave the house, what I call my Kitchen Table Living Trust may be the difference in having a trust at all or not.
I urge all of my clients to ask questions and seek answers in regards to their wills, trust, and estate planning. In our meetings, I explain in detail the why and how of living trusts and the documents that go with them; find out what you want; and get the information necessary to write drafts of the documents. I want to work with you to make sure you are happy with the end documents.
