Boswell Paving was hired to pave our driveway in TN. The job came with a one year warranty. He did the job, took our money and ran. Three months after completion the pavement began to crack and deteriorate. He always said that repairs would be made but never did the work. I eventually took him to small claims court and won a judgement for the purchase price. He is making minimal payments. In the mean time the driveway continues to fall apart. He lies, steals and deceives his customers. Stay away from Boswell Paving.
