Hands down the best place to buy hydro supplies online. The team has been fantastic to work with.

RLY & ASSOC a.k.a. HYDROBUILDER does not carry the products it sells or have them "in stock" as they claim. It orders them like any other customer could or would and provides your address to the company. Skip the middle man that has nothing to do with the process and order direct. Plus, you have to rely on there "correspondence time" when resolving any issues. Three weeks later and I still haven't received everything! They are now giving me a hard time on returns and refunds, it is...A nightmare to say the least, not worth your time or hard earned money. Most likely will have to get the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and BBB (Better Business Bureau) involved to hold them accountable. Save yourself some frustration and shop any where else!
