Avoid at all costs. Future Granite should be investigated and put out of business. I paid CASH for an $8,400 quartz countertop job and when the “installers” got here, they ignored the measurements that were taken, written down, submitted and approved by me, pulled out a saw and cut the countertops to fit. (I have a video memorializing the installer doing this!) That left me with a gap so big on each end of the peninsula, I had to have a contractor come in to build the wall underneath out to fix it so the simple subway tile I used wouldn’t fall down behind the countertop. I’ve now been working with them for nearly a YEAR to fix the next problem ... another “cut” made by their installer for a reason I’ll never understand. As a result of that butcher job, I now have an 8-foot countertop with NO OVERHANG. As a matter of fact, it’s SO SHORT, the simple 1” trim underneath sticks out further than the countertop!! I overlooked all the other problems ... chipped sink-hole corner, leaving one 24” office countertop lying in my living room because they couldn’t figure out how to install it (I’m a 66-year old woman and I figured it out and did the work myself!!), etc etc etc. I’ve lived for a year now unable to tile my backsplashes because Dariel keeps promising to come out and make it right. AFTER, of course, he asked ME to buy another $1,000 slab of quartz to fix his mistake! If you want to end up in court and lose all your money, go ahead and hire them.
