Have a Honda riding mower that won't start. Called this shop providing tractor model number and he said "bring it but won't be able to look it for a week". Brought it in and he looked at and said he don't have time to work on it as this is a big job. His recommendation was " fix it yourself" swore at me walking away?! Dear Scott, your shop should be named "Fix it yourself". You can't treat customers like this. If you don't want to work on something that requires more that 4 bolts dissemble let people know in advance. I travel 30 miles roundtrip to be swore at and told to fix it myself?! Outrageous! Pathetic customer service!!! I won't trust you with a toy lawnmower. The place looked like a graveyard for lawnmowers rather than a service. Think twice before you drop your equipment.
