Corrupt, will hide a client's will when they pass away if it will favor him financially, he secreted my moms will and charged over $500,000 in fees, 8 years, and he lost. Another county (King) called out his corruption by ruling intestate and the children get their pro rata shares under intestate succession. Luce is trying to fight it in Pierce County, who wants nothing to do with him, denied his motions three times noting "Why are you even here?"
