I just called G and G for their expert advice on a concern as I have had palms for awhile. The owner asked me where I got my tree and I said elsewhere and then she went on to say that she wasn't my doctor so to call someone else. I think customer service should be a priority whether or not you have bought directly from someone or not. If you have questions and you want an opinion then that should be offered. I have worked with other tree farms more closely and would highly recommend Hardy Tree Farm in Plant City which has a stronger selection than G and G.
