Inexperienced groomers (Carlos?) gave my Alaskan Klee Kai a buzz cut, conning my elderly mother out of $100 for the job. My dog is older with a double coat. Any remotely competent groomer would know that this is a terrible idea. They have a whole page showing that they have no idea what to do with double coat dogs. Avoid these people! Their review history speaks for itself. They will also hang up on you and block your number if you try to call about poor service. They also left pets caged in a parking lot outdoors and made the news for it!
