Owners of this business are Gary and Cindy Gibbons. They made unauthorized charges to my VISA over $15,000. It took me 3 years to get a judgement. They still owe me over $6,000. PLEASE NOTE - the only other review here is a 5-star review - but note the name - Tommy Gibbons - their son. Not too surprising that they or their son would pat themselves on the back. I am a REAL former customer of the Gibbons' Connect Medical Supply Store in Oneida NY. RUN from these people - they lie, cheat and steal.
