HORRIBLE!! i am here to tell you dont EVER rent from TODD TIGHE PROPERTIES. At any of his properties. The units are roach infested and he will not treat. to treat he charges a fee. I had a neighbor move int oher unit stating that she moved her fridge and thousands of roaches fell out the bottom. He also makes you pay for alot of things i have never heard of having to pay for when you are on subsidized housing. Ive been renting from him for 3 years and he has been thee worse Landlord to date. ive still never met him. He has his sons as the maintenance man Patrick tighe and they are worser then he is. they take months t o come and fix something in your unit. MONTHS. and they try to make everything as if your fault cause in there lease if it is your fault you have to pay. they are schemes and robbers robbing the system slumlords at its finest. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
