My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this business. In the age of COVID I was very disheartened to see not a single employee wearing a mask or taking social distancing precautions on not one, but two different occasions. This is especially worrisome as we were told that one of their employees was recently ill during the pandemic, meaning the potential exposure risk was very high. During the encounter we were forced into small rooms with people walking in and out as they pleased, not taking any regard for the dangers to the customers. Furthermore, their sanitation of the car after test driving consisted of baby wipes, which are not actually antimicrobial. As far as purchasing the car, I was very unhappy in the way we were treated by the staff as they made passive aggressive comments and were unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment as they clearly do not value customer safety and have poor customer service.
