Unprofessional. Did not supply correct information or even measure our entire house. Also left out all upgrades . Mistakes everywhere on the appraisal. Also, undervalued our house by 100k and comps were from a foreclosure and neighborhoods outside of city limits. Sketchy. Stay away .

Unprofessional. Multiple errors in report. unreasonably early arrival. Negligence in selecting comps using an 8/2019 instead of a 4/2020 driving down avg price per sq/ft for my home's value. DO NOT USE.
