Absolutely NOT. Home built in 2015. Installed two "new" units that were built in 2013. Have had to pay for service the upstairs unit twice within the first 24 months and now within 36 months, the second unit has gone out. Hard to believe that within less than five years two heat pumps would go bad????? Attempted to contact company when first unit went out and they NEVER returned any calls or other forms of communication.
