Our experience working with Kevin Holzman and Professional Estate Care has been terrible. They were contracted for snow removal services for our community. During the first snow event of the season they did a terrible job and we had multiple complaints in the community. The road was a mess, they did not shovel most of the sidewalks and they missed multiple driveways. We are a small community, so our needs are not complex. We had to call the owner (Kevin) multiple times to have his crew back. He was rude and difficult to deal with. In the end, he broke our agreement and has left us without services in the middle of the winter. I deal with a lot of the trades and Kevin is the worst encounter that I have had. Avoid Professional Estate Care Inc. and Kevin Holzman at all costs.
