I loved my toy until I needed to replace it and I came across this scam they call a warranty. All I can get from anyone is to buy more of there product. I should not have to. I have tried calling and get nothing. I can not believe how many places carry this product. I plan to write something on each one. Do NOT but this Product! You do not get an actual warranty with it. The site and phone lead nowhere. This probably leads nowhere but it's a start.

I am very disappointed in your product. I bought a new toy yesterday and after I charged it the toy would not even turn on. I contacted your costumer service who informs me that in order for me to get it replaced I would have to pay to have it shipped back to you guys. It has never even been used and now I have to pay more for something that I’ve never even gotten to experience. When I bought this one I was actually looking for something else but the lady at Adam and Eve convinced me that this was a great product and you guys were great about your warranty. Well I’m not seeing what she was talking about. I get having to pay to ship it back to you if I’ve had it for a week or so but to only have it one day and it never turned on that is crazy.
