Terrible customer service. The point of contact I believe the owner contacted me via text message after my home warranty scheduled them to come and service our HVAC system. Days earlier they tried via text message to change the appointment, once I said I could not they did not respond. The appointment Saturday morning that was preset came and passed I called and was told oh well I figured you didn’t want service when that was never communicated and the guy said hey I made plans anyways so we could do next week but it wasn’t convenient for him to come when I was home. I told him we were having a baby in a week and we desperately needed someone to come out. We set a time for 4:15 today which I had to take off work early to be home for. The time came and passed I called at 4:35 and he tried to lie (same guy) that the tech said we cancelled which I takes to the same guy there was never a second party involved. Then he said oh well and I said you need to still make this appointment which he said he would come out. Called st 6:20 and he said he wasn’t coming and it wasn’t his problem. Then was very rude! Do not do business with this company! They obviously do not care about their customers or reputation in the community!!!
