Just Pathetic, very sloppy work that has cost Multiple family's in Chico California over 100k in work for water damage due to improper installation of underground piping systems. These pea brains thought putting foam over pipes as if that will stop water flow into homes was a good idea. Choose anyone else to get the job done and not screw over home owners for lazy work.
