Glen W. Simons MD, PSC Established by Dr. Glen W. Simons in 2001, Kentucky Vein Care is the first facility dedicated exclusively to the treatment of venous disease in Kentucky. Because everyone is unique, treatments are customized for the individual to provide optimal results, both medically and cosmetically. Often, a combination of treatment methods are used--typically ultrasound evaluation, sclerotherapy, ultrasound guided sclerotherapy, and/or endovenous laser ablation. Dr. Simons and his staff have received national recognition for their expertise and often train other physicians in the art of venous disorder treatment. Kentucky Vein Care is currently located in Lexington off Richmond Road, near Saint Joseph East Hospital.
