This guy Patrick Farley was the worst appraiser that you can ask for. I purchased my home as a foreclosure and I told him to base it on the comps in the area. I had put an extensive amount work into the home. My direct neighbor with the same exact layout just had their home refinanced had their house appraised for $455K. Patrick appraised mine almost $70k less. My house is a split level And it clearly has four bedrooms with closets and he appraised it for three bedrooms because he claims that the bedroom was downstairs in the walkout basement even though every other Appraisers mark it as a four bedrooms. He also didn’t mark several items that I clearly had but rather added it in the description. I kindly called him to just take a look at the appraisal again and see if he could have possibly made a mistake. He got so defensive and started screaming in my face and ended up hanging up on me. This unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge on the houses in the area needs to be exposed! WORST APPRAISAL IN BUCKS COUNTY!
