I've been there 4 times and every time, the guy who makes the keys has a very unpleasant attitude. He is always rude. Despite his treatment, I am always nice, but today did it for me. He acts like he doesn't want to be there. He talks at you, not to you. He doesn't make eye contact and acts like the customer is getting on his nerves, after seeing all there reviews, not sure how he's still there. Well today was the day he got cussed out by me and I meant every word disrespectfully! You can not treat the consumer like this. If you don't want to be there then quit! He lost my business today and I will never go back.

I visited this key kiosk on 10/12/2021. The guy with the dreads and glasses is unprofessional with no customer service experience. He told me after waiting there for two hours because I thought they opened at 9am only to see the sign that they open at 11. I sat in my car waiting for 11 because I live to far to leave and return. Anyway, needlessly to say, I was first in line when I gave the guy my keys to make duplicates from. He then said .. It's cash only. I had to leave to get some cash because most people carry plastic cards now like I do. When I returned and now having to wait because a small crowd grew to get their keys made, I was observing all the signs on the key kiosk. The sign I took interest in is the one that says ...CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS WELCOME. I brought that sign to his attention when said if you go over twenty dollars then you can use your plastic. I feel there should be a sign out indicating that, just like the debit and credit sign. After having to wait, then to be told that you take cash up to a certain point was unacceptable. Time wasted, gas spent because I had to ride around to find an ATM when it all could've been avoided if there was sign up for that. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about his demeanor or unprofessionalism, but at least we should be able to get that sign. UNDER TWENTY DOLLARS CASH ONLY.

The guy with the glasses is very unprofessional and rude. I told him he should have more courtesy. He thought it was about him not having the key, but it was about how he conduct business in proper mannerism. I’ve been coming to this key for years by the way.
