Manny Blanco is by the far the worst contractor I've ever had the misfortune of working with! He came to Panama City, FL after Hurricane Michael chasing storm damage work and cheated almost everyone he met. I personally have paid him $40k and he has not even completed 20% of the work. In addition, his completely unacceptable construction methods have caused more damage to my house than a Category 5 hurricane. He's a complete fake and buyers should all be very cautious NOT to get involved with B & B Investment Development Corporation. He uses substandard materials and workers while promising the moon. I'm certain his South Florida fraudster ways have been very successful conning old people out of their minimal insurance money to then leave a wake of destruction with everyone else holding the bag. My dad is a fully disabled Vietnam veteran and I hired Manny to complete their repairs while both of my parents had major surgery. In return, he lied and cheated them out of money while taking over 8 weeks to sheetrock and paint 2 tiny bedrooms. What a disappointment to my elderly sick parents and me!! Buyer beware!
