Buyer beware, if you have any issues with Lunada Bay tile, you're on your own, they will do absolutely nothing whatsoever to help you. They have a disclaimer on their website & samples: "Samples and photos provided are representative, but may not indicate all variations of these characteristics." This is the last sentence of their short paragraph disclaimer. Essentially, if you order blue tile but receive brown tile, too bad so sad. I am a high-end interior designer in business for 40+ years. I have rarely had issues with materials during that time. However, whenever there was an issue, the reps always fixed the problem. Lunada Bay is another story! They are a "high-end" tile company but claim no responsibility whatsoever & refuse to provide any compensation whatsoever. Note the difference between the sample pictured below & the tile received. We ordered blue tile (based on the sample) and received lots of brown with some blue tile! The rep basically said she was not obligated to do anything to help us due to the disclaimer. We called corporate & they said the same. We have now had to buy replacement tile for our client at our own expense & refund the client for the Lunada Bay tile. Unfortunately, we were not able to attach the photos here.
