The V.L. Kiker Estate, Ltd. is a collective of oil and gas rich minerals, stretching throughout the state of Oklahoma. The majority of our Oklahoma mineral rights are in Seminole County, in what might be called the birthplace of our nation’s energy. We welcome any and all companies interested in leasing our minerals, and especially those with the serious intention of drilling for oil. This Partnership was originally created by Guy B. Kiker, son of V. L. Kiker for the benefit of his children, Alice Turnbow and Karen Kiker, as well as for the benefit of his sister and brother’s children. Being a geologist, and understanding the oil industry, he understood the value of being a large enough “target” for Oil Companies and Land men to be able to find us. We will always be grateful for his efforts, knowledge, and generous spirit. Going forward, we are hoping this website will assist land men and oil companies in their search for Oklahoma mineral rights. As of December 31, 2015 assignments were made from the V.L. Kiker Estate, Ltd. to the heirs of the estate, listed Our mineral interests have been developed in Pontotoc County, Coal County, Okfuskee County, Hughes County, Grady County, Custer County, and Woods County in addition to those in Seminole County.
