Our Tamales are made in a USDA certified kitchen, they are Lard Free, Gluten Free and MSG Free. We provide our customers with a healthy tamale without compromising the authenticity. A unique feature of our tamales is the “Boil in Bag” feature, so cooking a tamale is a simple as throwing a bag in boiling water. The vacuum sealed bag keeps it fresh and seals in the moisture, so you cook every tamale to perfection.
