Worse company ever!! run from this people. I hired them to move my household and my car on a container from Panama to US. I needed to moved furnitures and a car. First they don't know how to packed, they hired this kids that doesn't know how to handle your stuff. They force my refrigerator through the door and scratch it all over, no body reimburse me for the damages. They lost all the original paperwork of my car so I had problems trying to get copy of the original title, plus did not do all the procedures to take the car off transit in Panama so now I have problems trying to do that myself with no original title or any paper that said the car was clear. There is no supervisor or anybody responsible where you can go to or submit any claim!! that is the reason they don't care of anything. they blame each other and no one resolve your problem. At the port they call any company to take your container to your house so if any problem no body wants to be responsible. they do business with cheap contractor they find online just to safe money, but they charge you double the price. Another problem with the contractor they hired to download my stuff, Lizzette paid them 2 hours for a 4 hours job so the contractor demanded me to pay them the extra money. When I hired Logistic freight I paid extra for everything!!! It is a nightmare to deal with this company I wish I would have read any reviews before I hired them. This is the reason I am writing this review now to warn other people. I am trying to avoid other people to go through all the hassle I went through.
