My last visit with my Dad was not the best. I asked my dad what he had for lunch and he told me he was not given anything because he did not fill out his menu. The menu was on the other side of the room and he had no no access to it. He told me he would like a nice bowl of Lobster Bisque Soup. I went to Big Y (just down the road) Big Y had Lobster Bisque. ..... My Dad was eating his soup, when staff member entered the room. Upon discovering the soup was Lobster bisque, the staff member told him shell fish was not allowed because one of the staff members had a shell fish allergy. We told her to just keep that particular staff member out of the room until he was through eating. The staff member tried to take the soup away, but we would not let her do that. She told us she would need to change personnel around. This should have been the end of it, but is was not. Another staff member came in and she expressed anger and berated us in from of my Dad. This conversation should have taken place in the hallway, away from my Dad. .... This staff member was BRUTAL! ...the very next day, Monday, I returned, but was not allowed to see my Dad. Instead staff members directed me into another room and began to interrogate me. They told me that I had placed the second floor in danger. ..My Dad passed away before my next visit..I returned to pick up his things and the staff on the second floor refused to communicate with me so I had to contact the administrator
