A total nightmare doing business with this company....please everyone AVOID doing business with these unprofessionals and if you do...share your honest review. They will accept work orders from home warranty companies only to show up to the first appointment and then give you the run around. Multiple 1 star reviews on BBB stating the same experience...STAY AWAY from this business. They accepted a work order from my home warranty "American Home Shield" and only showed to the initial appointment to do the assessment, after that they've made fake appointments with me and failed to show for everyone. To add insult to injury I called the owner who Reffered me to his assistant (Don) who promised a new plumber would come out the next day. I waited home all day and the same as before, they did not show. I tried calling to report the issue for hours and they've ignored every call. Yet they have this work order open with American Home Shield.
