Just wanted to thank you for going to bat for us with the warranty company and thanks to your installers (Jeremy) for the work done on our furnace. After multiple mix-ups/ mistakes with the equipment order that delayed a customer’s medical emergency a/c repair by a few weeks, the assigned provider could not accommodate the install into his schedule until the week of July 16-20, which would have pushed the repair back another week and a half at least. After getting authorization to have the install transferred to another provider, NEIL HEATING AND AIR accepted the job.
