Received a bid. They kept pushing date out then avoided us and would not return calls. After over a month of avoiding us then backs out of the job and leaves us hanging. Now I have a completed modular home sitting in factory and no basement. Hayes knew the deadline at the time they provided the bid which was 9 months.
