I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with MTD Lawn Care, Inc., and I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to potential customers. I initially reached out to MTD Lawn Care, Inc. for a project estimate, hoping to take advantage of their highly-reputed services. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. After calling to schedule an estimate request on 8/28/23, A gentlemen arrived on 8/31/23 to look at my project to provide an estimate. I was told that I would have an estimate that evening or at latest the next day and that it's would be sent electronically.. I expected to receive the estimate or at least an acknowledgment of my inquiry. Frustratingly, 5 days passed by without receiving the promised estimate. I reached out via SMS again, asking if the estimate has been completed. I received a reply with the excuse that there was a football game and that they had to leave town, etc but that the estimate would be worked up and sent promptly. Eight more days passed without any contact from them. Another text message was sent for another follow-up. The message was delivered and read by the recipient but still no answer or acknowledgement whatsoever. Now, I understand that businesses can get busy, but this level of neglect and lack of professionalism is inexcusable. It left me questioning whether they truly value their customers or are capable of providing the services they claim to offer. I had high hopes of working with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. but the utter lack of communication has completely soured my opinion of them. If a company cannot even respond to a simple inquiry, how can they be trusted to deliver on their promises for a more complex project? I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. and select a company that actually seems to care about potential customers. Based on my experience, their lack of responsiveness raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer satisfaction on the whole. There are many other businesses out there that prioritize their customers and their needs. In conclusion, my interaction with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. This level of unresponsiveness is indicative of deeper issues within the company, and I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their time going through what I did.
