Conboy Law was founded in 2015 by brothers, Timothy and Mark Conboy. Established as a firm dedicated to representing individuals and families in matters of personal injury, disabilities and death. The firm also represents individuals and organizations in commercial litigation disputes. Prior to establishing ConboyLaw, Timothy Conboy had been a partner in the preeminent Pittsburgh personal injury law firm of Caroselli Beachler McTiernan & Conboy for 30 years. Tim has obtained over a million dollars in compensation for his clients for over 25 years. At the start of Tim's career his practice was focused on workers compensation matters. He has been widely recognized as one of the leading Worker's Compensation attorneys in the Pittsburgh area. More recently Tim's practice has expanded to primarily focus on complex personal injury matters. Frequently Tim represents clients who have been injured on the job by third parties. Tim has the expertise to advise these clients both with their Worker's Compensation claim and their negligence claim against the responsible third-party. As a result of his success throughout his career, Tim has been widely recognized by several prominent legal recognition organizations, including The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Mark's early years of practice involved defense work which provided him with invaluable insight into how employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators evaluate injury claims. Mark then made a decision to transition to representing plaintiffs exclusively. In 2005, Mark started Conboy and Associates. Mark successfully ran his own law practice before joining forces with his brother, Tim. Mark represents individuals and families in a wide range of personal injury matters, focusing on workers' compensation, and motor vehicle accidents. He also represents individuals who have been denied disability by the Social Security Administration. Mark regularly appears before Administrative Law Judges assisting clients in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits. Mark has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.
