We met with hired Tony Poggioli (the owner of kings grant pool service) on June 4th 2020. We were required to pay 50% of the total cost the day of hiring which came out to $3000. We hired him to build a sun ledge and new stairs in our pool and put in a new pool liner. We were guaranteed a finish date of July 1st 2020.
Our pool liner over the next few days was ripped to pieces then he didn’t return for weeks. Claimed that our liner was “lost” then that he had to fire his crew. By July first he was avoiding my phone calls and not answering texts. We then got a “ Completion date” of July 17th he then cut off communication again...
On the 29th of July tony sent someone to pick up the materials he had bought for our pool and to get his tools with out our consent. We told his worker the only way to pick up the materials was to give us our money back. Over the phone tony “promised he would be by our home at 4 to return our money and that he would no longer be doing the job.”
On the 30th the same gentleman showed up with our money and to pick up the materials and tools.
Today is July 31st 2020 and the only work that tony Poggioli has done to our pool is to rip it apart and avoid phone calls and giving regular updates.
