Henry was very rude, arrogant, and condescending! He towed my vehicle from my home to the collision center incorrectly. As a result of this, more damage was done to the vehicle. When I called to tell him my auto insurance was not going to pay for his neglect, he once again was rude and hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOWING COMPANY!
